2. Services Offered
G&M Italian Catering provides high-quality Italian-inspired catering services for private and corporate events. Our services emphasize seasonal ingredients, sustainable practices, and customized menu options tailored to client preferences.

3. Booking and Payment

• A quote will be provided for the requested event. Once the quote is accepted in writing, an invoice for a 50% deposit of the total event fee will be issued to confirm the booking.

• The final guest count, event time, and location details must be confirmed 7 days before the event. The remaining balance will be invoiced at this time and must be paid in full on the same day. If the payment is not received, G&M Italian Catering reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit as non-creditable.

4. Seasonal and Market Availability
We firmly adhere to the seasonality of products to ensure sustainability and quality. As such, some ingredients may not be available, and menus are subject to change based on market conditions. Substitutions will be made with comparable ingredients to maintain the integrity of the menu.

5. Event Requirements
Clients must ensure the kitchen is clean and has accessible workspaces before the chef’s arrival.
1-2 shelves of the refrigerator must be cleared and available for use.
Photos or a video call may be requested to review the workspace and available equipment.
 

6. Event Duration and Additional Charges
Each event is designed to run for the agreed duration. Any extension beyond this time will incur additional charges at a rate of $200 per hour, payable immediately. The decision to extend must be agreed upon by both parties during the event.
 

7. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made up to 3 weeks before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 3 weeks before the event will result in the deposit being retained and will not be credited for future events.
- Final confirmation of guest numbers, event time, and location is required 7 days before the event. If these details are not confirmed, G&M Italian Catering reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund.
- The remaining balance will be invoiced 7 days before the event and must be paid on the same day. Failure to pay the balance will result in cancellation of the event, and the deposit will not be credited for future use.
- If G&M Italian Catering is unable to access the venue or workspace on the day of the event, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
 

8. Liability
G&M Italian Catering is not liable for any damages or injuries during the event. Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from the event.
We carry public liability insurance to ensure coverage for unforeseen incidents. However, this does not extend to damages caused by client negligence or improper use of equipment.
 

9. Privacy Policy

10. G&M Italian Catering Rights
G&M Italian Catering reserves the right to:

• Refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

• Adjust the menu based on seasonal and market availability.

• Cancel the event if payment terms are not met as outlined in the Cancellation Policy.
