Event Policy

1. Planning and Preparation
G&M Italian Catering works closely with clients to plan menus and logistics. A pre-event consultation may be conducted to finalize details and ensure the client's needs are met.

 

2. On the Day of the Event
The chef will arrive approximately 1 hour before the event start time to set up.
Clients must ensure the kitchen is ready for use, including necessary equipment and cleared workspace.
Clients are responsible for setting the table unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

3. Post-Event Cleanup
The chef will clean the kitchen and ensure all dishes are washed or placed in the dishwasher if available.

 

4. Event Duration
The event will run for the agreed duration. Any additional time will incur a surcharge as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
